On International Day of Persons with Disabilities, key steps are being taken to ensure that vulnerable people such as persons with disabilities (PWDs) do not feel isolated in society.

It is a well-established fact that the VOC workforce is more resilient and loyal, and firms today are more interested in investing in and attracting a skilled workforce from diverse backgrounds.
This sentiment is echoed by Tarini Malhotra, founder of the Nai Subah Foundation: “In the journey to end disability, we still have a long way to go. The fact that the PWD workforce is strong and committed is better understood, and corporations today are more interested in investing in professionals from diverse backgrounds.
