Self-control goes hand in hand with your anxiety levels. That’s why I care so much about today’s podcast episode, enjoy my friends:

Lack of self-control doesn’t mean you’re being controlled, but never let your emotional state and life lead you.

self control

Here are some important aspects of daily life that dictate your level of self-control. Greater yours mindfulness The more likely you are to transfer old habits to new ones around these aspects:

  • Sleep mode: The first 20 minutes after waking up, the last 20 minutes before going to sleep, the amount of sleep and the time of waking up (here is a YouTube video that will help a lot).
  • Diet: Knowing your nutritional deficiencies, I think, can be understood not only through a proper test, but also through intuition and a good mood journal. How often and what is eaten? Please pay close attention to this aspect of self-control.

“Remember, inner balance brings inner healing.”

  • Stimulation/testing: The dopamine surge has led to a lifestyle where temporary highs only bring you back full circle addiction to suffering. “Desire is the root of all suffering,” the Buddha reminds us. That’s why we need to focus on what we’re looking forward to and realize how much it plays into the bigger picture of our lives.
  • Introduce internal and external perceptions: What kind of associations have you really created within yourself? personality as well as the people, places, and experiences you pass through the world? The perceptions you hold within the present moment will dictate your level of self-control and the level of anxiety you experience.
  • Imaginations about the past: You have past traumas have become learned experiences? have you forgiven How much anger is still in the body?
  • Contacts: Who do you interact with on a regular basis and how have they affected your emotional state and overall life experience?

Physiological control plays a major role in self-control and anxiety levels. These are mainly divided into 3 parts: Your speed, your posture and your breathing patterns. If you have worked to keep these 3 aspects of physiological control under control, many other things will produce the same parasympathetic results.
